Founder & CEO

Katie Lundstrom has worked for more than 25 years to help individuals and organizations transform into high performing industry leaders. She has experience in both public and private sectors, specializing in strategic planning, executive & team coaching, and performance management. Katie Lundstrom has worked closely with senior executives in many industries including the Government (Federal/State), Professional Services, Non-Profits, Utilities, Telecommunications, Transportation and Healthcare.

In 2011, she started Firm Foundations as a way to focus in on her true passion – helping others achieve their full leadership potential. Firm Foundations specializes in multiple areas of expertise strategic planning, change management, stakeholder engagement, strategic facilitation, executive and leadership coaching, and performance management.

As the leader of FFI, Katie Lundstrom works closely with every client, tailoring her approach to meet their needs and facilitating personal and professional transformation to achieve outstanding results. She has developed a team of partners and experts, who support and contribute to her mission of leadership development, building a firm foundation for success. She is known by our clients for “bringing out the best in everyone”.


Ben Roodhouse

Management & Change Consultant

Ben Roodhouse has 10 years of experience working with large teams of diverse personalities and backgrounds in the real estate industry in order to achieve successful developments, establish relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with governing regulations, negotiating complex agreements with senior personnel from large national corporations, all while keeping sight of the overall project direction and financing. With his attorney background, he has the ability to understand complex problems, address the legal or political ramifications, and co-create win-win solutions.

He joined Firm Foundations in 2018 to bring his professional experience in line with his desire to help others and teams find the better, more successful version of themselves.

Addie Lovejoy

Management & Change Consultant

Addie Lovejoy was born and raised in Texas where she received her bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Development from Texas A&M University. Over the past year, she has been working as a management and change consultant for Firm Foundations, Inc. (FFI) assisting companies in strategic planning, leadership strengthening and team building. She is known by our clients for “making anyone she meets feel like a well-known friend”.
